Thank you for your order! Please follow the steps below to ensure your PCM is processed quickly and safely.

1. Complete Your Build Spec Form
Before shipping your PCM, make sure you have completed the Build Spec Form Here
Your PCM will not be processed without this information.

2. Include Your Order Information
Inside the package, include:

• Your Order Number (REQUIRED)
• Name and/or Email used for the order

This ensures your PCM is correctly matched to your order.

3. Package Your PCM Safely

• Wrap the PCM in bubble wrap or padding
• Place it in a sturdy box
• Avoid loose packaging to prevent damage during shipping

5. Processing Time
Typical turnaround time is 2-4 Business days after your PCM is received.

6. Important Notes

• Do not ship your PCM without completing the Build Spec Form

• Return shipping will be handled after service is completed
